Representative Experience
Gene Chianelli joined the firm in September of 2005. His practice focuses on all aspects of tax and business planning. He counsels clients on entity selection, business planning, corporate and partnership tax planning and compliance, tax credits and other business incentives, and state and local taxation issues. In addition, Gene counsels clients on estate planning and wealth transfer issues.
Before joining Manning Fulton, Gene worked for KPMG in Raleigh, focusing his practice on state and local tax issues and business incentives. Prior to moving to Raleigh in 2004, Gene practiced business and tax law in St. Louis, MO. Gene is admitted to practice in North Carolina, Illinois and Missouri.
