MANNING FULTON ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF GOVERNMENT RELATIONS ATTORNEY, MICHELLE FRAZIER

RALEIGH, NC, May 20, 2008 – Manning Fulton & Skinner, P.A. is pleased to announce that Michelle L. Frazier has joined the firm as a government relations attorney and will be representing clients before the North Carolina General Assembly.   

Michelle brings a great deal of experience to our government relations team,” said John B. McMillan, who heads Manning Fulton’s government-relations practice. “I am delighted to have her able assistance.”

Michelle previously served as Assistant Executive Director for the North Carolina Bar Association which included the supervision of the NCBA’s Office of Governmental Affairs.  She joined the NCBA staff in March 2001 as Director of Governmental Affairs and served as the Association’s legislative, executive branch and federal lobbyist.

Prior to her position at the NCBA, Michelle worked as an associate in private practice, representing a variety of clients in all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts and before legislative and administrative boards.  Michelle is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.  She is a Past Chair of the Governmental Relations Section of the National Association of Bar Executives.
