Nicole’s practice focuses on assisting clients with commercial real estate transactions, assisting them in acquisition, development, commercial leasing, and the preparation and negotiation of all forms of real estate and loan documentation.  Nicole shifted her practice to real estate after practicing in the firm’s litigation section, representing clients in connection with contract disputes and insurance matters pending in both federal and state court.  She now utilizes her experience in litigation involving real property issues to advise clients on matters affecting real property development, including regulatory matters.

• Represents landlords and tenants in connection with drafting and negotiating commercial lease
• Represents purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of commercial property
• Represents commercial borrowers in real estate financing transactions
• Represented both foreign and domestic litigants in federal district court litigation
• Represented both builders and homeowners in construction related disputes
• Represented insurance agents in disputes related to the procurement of various kinds of insurance coverage, including flood insurance
