RALEIGH, NC, January 21, 2010 – John R. Cella, Jr., Michelle L. Frazier and Jennifer L. Weaver have been named shareholders at the law firm of Manning Fulton & Skinner, P.A. 

Cella concentrates his practice in tax, estate and business succession planning, and estate and trust administration.  His background includes experience in retirement plans and IRAs.  He is an active member of the Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section and the Strategic Planning & Emerging Trends Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association.  Cella also has served on Wake Education Partnership’s School Finance Committee and on the board of a local school foundation.

Frazier is a government-relations attorney and represents clients before the North Carolina General Assembly.  She is recognized in Business North Carolina's Legal Elite (2009) as one of North Carolina's best lawyers under the age of 40 and in North Carolina Super Lawyers (2009) as a Rising Star. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Wake County Bar Association and Tenth Judicial District Bar.  Before joining the firm, Frazier served as Assistant Executive Director at the North Carolina Bar Association and supervised its Office of Governmental Affairs. 

Weaver's practice focuses on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning and estate planning. She is recognized in North Carolina Super Lawyers (2009) as a Rising Star. She serves on the Women in the Profession Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association and on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina School Community Health Alliance (NCSCHA).  She is a member of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Executive Women's Task Force.
