January 1, 2003, RALEIGH, NC – Three lawyers from Raleigh’s Manning Fulton have been voted by their peers to be among The Legal Elite according to Business North Carolina.

The Legal Elite, North Carolina’s most effective lawyers, is determined annually by a survey of more than 7,000 lawyers in the North Carolina Bar Association.  Lawyers are selected in ten practice specialties.  For the second year in a row, Charles L. Fulton was the top vote getter in the Construction and Real Property Law area.  Samuel T. (Ted) Oliver was also selected in the Construction and Real Property specialty and W. Gerald Thornton was selected in the Tax/Estate Planning specialty.
