Representative Experience
As a litigation associate, Will represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, in both state and federal court. Specifically he represents businesses and individuals in commercial, real property and construction litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes, debt collection matters and insurance related matters. In addition, Will represents individuals and businesses in property taxation matters and individuals in securities arbitration matters. Will lived and worked in Nicaragua, Central America as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer for two years and is fluent in Spanish.
