Representative Experience
Michelle Frazier is a government relations attorney at Manning Fulton and represents clients before the North Carolina General Assembly. Clients benefit from Michelle’s previous experience working at the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) serving as Assistant Executive Director which included the supervision of the NCBA's Office of Governmental Affairs. She joined the NCBA in March 2001 as Director of Governmental Affairs and was responsible for administering the legislative program as well as serving as the Association’s legislative, executive branch and federal lobbyist.
Prior to her position at the NCBA, Michelle was an associate in private practice in Raleigh, representing a variety of clients in all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts and before legislative and administrative boards. She also served as a Law Clerk for The Honorable William Norton Mason, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina, upon graduation from law school. While attending law school, she worked for Glaxo, Inc. in the Public Policy and Legal Departments as well as interning at the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
