Asheville's Tupelo Honey Cafe To Open New Restaurant In Knoxville's Oliver HotelJanuary 25, 2012 ASHEVILLE, NC (January 24, 2012) – Asheville, NC's beloved Tupelo Honey Cafe, a restaurant which has long been considered one of the city’s signature dining establishments, is opening a restaurant in the first floor of The Oliver Hotel in Knoxville, TN. Owner Steve Frabitore hopes to have the new facility ready to serve by summer 2012. Featured in such publications as Southern Living Magazine, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and on the Food Network’s Rachael Ray television show, Tupelo Honey Cafe “will bring a sense of community, story and a vibrant sense of place to its new location in the updated historic Oliver Hotel,” said Frabitore.
