John R. Cella, Jr. and Ansley Chapman Cella presented at the North Carolina Bar Association Estate Planning & Probate Law Course on September 26-27 at the NC Bar Center in Cary, NC. The survey course was designed for individuals who regularly practice or who are beginning to practice in the estate planning and probate law areas. It contains intermediate level information for those who have practiced for a period of time in the estate planning and probate areas; however, it also serves as an excellent review for seasoned practitioners and a thorough introduction for individuals who are beginning to practice in these areas.

Mr. Cella presented on Retirement Benefits: Estate Planning and Probate Issues. Mrs. Cella presented on Generation Skipping Transfer Tax.
