Ansley Chapman Cella is a member of Manning Fulton's tax and estate planning section. She develops and implements comprehensive estate and business succession plans that achieve the personal, financial and charitable goals of individuals and families within federal income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax regimes. Ansley’s estate planning experience includes the creation of wealth transfer vehicles such as family limited liability companies, generation-skipping trusts, charitable remainder trusts, sales to defective grantor trusts and irrevocable life insurance trusts. Ansley also drafts wills, minors’ trusts, living wills, powers of attorney and health care powers of attorney.
Ansley is listed among Business North Carolina's Legal Elite (2012) in the area of tax and estate planning and has been recognized by North Carolina Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (2009-2012).
