Ashley Nielsen is a member of Manning Fulton’s corporate and franchise practices. Under the direction of Ritchie Taylor, Ashley counsels several emerging and middle market businesses in the franchise/distribution, retail and hospitality industries. Ashley’s representation of franchise systems and dealer networks focuses on clients’ realization of quality growth.
Ashley is a magna cum laude graduate of both Brigham Young University and Brigham Young’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she served as Lead Articles Editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review.
Ashley is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising, as well as the Business Law and Dispute Resolution sections of the North Carolina Bar Association. In addition, she serves on the Career Support and Advancement Committee of the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys.
Prior to joining Manning Fulton, Ashley served as a law clerk to The Honorable Cheri Beasley, Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court.
