Manning, Fulton & Skinner, P.A. is pleased to welcome Gray Wilson, an experienced, accomplished and highly regarded litigator to its Complex Litigation practice.
Wilson has in-depth experience resolving a host of complex civil litigation matters and commercial disputes, as well as considerable expertise advising on litigation-related issues for transactional clients and matters. Spanning a range of industries, he has handled cases involving breach of contract, unfair and deceptive trade practices, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and intellectual-property infringement. He has also successfully represented employers in cases involving allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination and trade secret and noncompete violations.
Prior to joining Manning Fulton, in addition to his several years with a large regional law firm, Wilson completed federal judicial clerkships at both the trial and appellate levels, and he draws on that experience frequently in developing and executing litigation strategies for his clients.
