The firm’s honorees are Barry Mann, Mike Medford, Alison Cayton, and Doug Short.
Manning Fulton earned a Band 3 ranking for Real Estate in North Carolina, reflecting the firm’s continued strength and depth in that practice area. The firm’s Real Estate department first received Chambers’ recognition for Real Estate North Carolina in 2024, and this year’s recognition affirms the group’s standing among the leading commercial real estate practices in the state.
Barry Mann, recognized at Band 4 for Real Estate in North Carolina, continues his long-standing recognition by Chambers as an experienced commercial real estate attorney. He advises a diverse range of clients on acquisitions, leasing, and financing matters.
Alison Cayton, also recognized at Band 4 for Real Estate in North Carolina, offers wide-ranging real estate expertise, counseling clients through all stages of real estate transactions, with particular strength in condominium and planned community matters.
Doug Short, recognized at Band 4 for Real Estate in North Carolina, is noted for his expertise in acquisitions, development, dispositions, title examination, and leasing.
Additionally, Mike Medford, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group, has earned the highest Band 1 ranking for Litigation Insurance in North Carolina. Mike is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in insurance coverage and bad faith disputes on behalf of carriers and agents.
