With federal clerkship experience at both the trial and appellate levels, Gray focuses his practice in the area of complex litigation, where has experience working with clients in a range of industries, including real estate, construction, agri-business, pharmaceutical, retail, energy, healthcare, and transportation. He has handled cases involving breach of contract, unfair and deceptive trade practices, antitrust, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, intellectual property infringement, and other business-related claims. He has also represented employers in cases involving allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination, trade secret, and noncompete issues.
