Manning, Fulton & Skinner, P.A. (MFS) is pleased to announce the addition of Sue Ann Swift as a Government Relations Advisor.
Sue Ann brings extensive experience in healthcare policy and government relations to MFS. Prior to joining the firm, she served as the Vice President of Strategy and Government Relations for Trillium Health Resources, a Local Management Entity/Managed Care Organization (LME/MCO) serving eastern North Carolina. In this role, Sue Ann oversaw government relations, strategic planning, and community engagement efforts.

Sue Ann holds a Doctor of Health Sciences from Campbell University and a Master of Public Administration with a Public Policy concentration from East Carolina University. Her academic background and professional experience have equipped her with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the legislative process.
