Prior to joining Manning Fulton, Lewis served as a policy advisor for Speaker of the House Tim Moore. In that role, Lewis was responsible for managing a diverse set of issues, most recently advising the Speaker and House leadership in the areas of energy, environment, natural resources, agriculture, regulatory reform, and appropriations.
