The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce has selected Manning Fulton attorney, William K. Morgan III to participate in the 38th Class of Leadership Raleigh. A partner in Manning Fulton’s Government Relations practice, Will advocates on behalf of companies, trade associations, and non-profits before the North Carolina General Assembly and the United State Congress, as well as state and federal agencies. He has experience with a wide range of topics including agriculture, education, energy, environment, healthcare, insurance, pharmaceutical, and transportation.
During Leadership Raleigh’s nine-month program, participants are provided an in-depth view of community issues, develop leadership skills necessary to assume leadership roles, and are exposed to community involvement opportunities. Participants study the qualities that make an effective leader, analyze individual leadership roles, and develop personal leadership styles and skills.
