She also works with clients dealing with claims related to non-competes and other restrictive covenants, trade secrets, unfair trade practices, and discrimination and retaliation. Jessica represents individuals and companies from a variety of industries in business disputes in state and federal courts and the North Carolina Business Court. She uses her experience as a clerk at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina to help clients develop strategies for navigating legal issues and find effective resolutions both in and out of the courtroom.
