Mr. Alton brings a wealth of diverse experience in corporate law and business transactions, and his global perspective, shaped by his extensive background, will ensure our clients receive well-rounded and strategic counsel.
Mr. Alton’s practice predominantly focuses on corporate and franchise law matters. He advises clients on critical business law matters, including entity formation, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, debt financing, recapitalizations and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Manning Fulton, Alex practiced at Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere in Salt Lake City, Utah where he advised clients on corporate matters. He attended J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and graduated magna cum laude.
