Crabtree Valley Mall

The firm represented the partnership that developed Crabtree Valley Mall, the first regional mall in the Triangle, assisting it in the assemblage of properties and the initial development of the property as a 251,000 square foot shopping mall opening in 1972. Crabtree now has more than 1,300,000 square feet of retail space.

The Plaza Condominium

This 33 story building in downtown Raleigh completed in 2008 includes office, retail, residential and a parking deck. The firm represented the residential developer in creating the residential condominium for the upper 11 floors of the building and associated matters related to the phasing of the condominium by floor and subsequent association matters for the residential development.

The firm was involved from the outset in the assembly of land and the development of Imperial Center Business Park, a 456-acres business park located near the crossroads of I-40 & I-540 and central to Research Triangle Park. Imperial Center, conceived in 1983, today has over 4,000 square feet of office, research, development, retail and industrial space and is home to over 7,000 employees.

The Pavilion at Lakeview Park

This mixed use development in central Durham consists of two commercial buildings with shared parking located on a land condominium within a pre-existing commercial development. In order to accommodate mixed uses within the buildings, a building condominium was created as well as a residential condominium for the floor of residential units located in one of the buildings.
