Patrick is a member of Manning Fulton’s Real Estate practice group. Patrick’s practice focuses on Commercial Real Estate matters, including Commercial Financing, Commercial Leasing, and Development.
Prior to joining Manning Fulton, Patrick served as a law clerk to the Honorable Phil Berger, Jr. on the Supreme Court of North Carolina. During law school he interned and served as the executive assistant for then-Judge Berger at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Patrick was raised in Raleigh and currently resides there. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys golfing, playing tennis, and traveling.
