Matthew joined Manning Fulton in 2023 after graduating from Harvard Law School in 2017 and spending over three years in the corporate group of an AmLaw 100 law firm in New York. Matthew’s experience includes advising public and private companies in Mergers & Acquisitions and Sales, Joint Ventures, Leveraged Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Domestic and Cross-Border Equity and Asset Acquisitions and Sales, and other related Corporate transactions.
Matthew is a member of the Corporate Practice Group. Matthew advises public and private company clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, corporate financing, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, and venture investments. Matthew has worked with several multinational corporations in cross-border and domestic transactions.
Matthew received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School in 2017. Following law school, Matthew worked in the corporate group at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York. Prior to law school, Matthew attended Georgia State University, graduating summa cum laude with a BBA (Finance) in 2014.
