Matt is a key member of the Corporate team and advises clients on matters involving public and private Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Leveraged Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and other related Corporate transactions. Since joining Manning Fulton, Matt has earned a reputation for insightful judgment, strategic thinking, and professionalism. Matt’s ability to navigate complex legal challenges has made a significant positive impact on both clients and colleagues. Matt received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and spent several years in private practice at a large international law firm and Brooklyn Legal Services prior to joining Manning Fulton.
