Cecilia brings a sophisticated understanding of tax issues that affect businesses across a wide range of transactions and operational decisions. Her practice is centered on helping clients navigate complex tax considerations with clarity and confidence, whether they are forming new entities, pursuing strategic growth, or addressing ongoing corporate matters. Known for her thoughtful and practical approach, Cecilia works closely with clients to deliver solutions that align legal strategy with business objectives.

Before joining Manning Fulton, Cecilia worked on a variety of sophisticated transactional matters, where she developed a strong foundation in evaluating tax implications and supporting deal execution. Her experience also includes advising entrepreneurs and emerging businesses, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the tax challenges organizations face at different stages of growth.
Cecilia earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and is admitted to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina. She is actively engaged in professional and community organizations and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” for her work in business law.
