Manning Fulton is pleased to announce that Anneliese McInnis has joined the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice group. Her practice focuses on transactional real estate matters, including commercial leasing, commercial real estate finance, and title examination and certifications.

“We are excited to welcome Anneliese to Manning Fulton,” said Alison Cayton, Practice Group Leader for the firm’s Commercial Real Estate section. “Her addition strengthens our Commercial Real Estate practice group and allows us to continue delivering the responsive, high-quality service our clients expect.”

Before joining Manning Fulton, McInnis built a strong foundation in transactional and regulatory work. As a law clerk at Dominion Energy, she researched eminent domain and regulatory compliance issues. At Bland & Sorkin, P.C., she drafted transactional documents and negotiated client agreements. She also worked as a research assistant to Professor Alexandra Silva at the University of Richmond School of Law, contributing to the Virginia Access to Justice Commission’s efforts to expand language access in civil proceedings.

McInnis earned her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Technology and participated in Moot Court. She earned her B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University, where she was a member of the University Scholars Program and served in NC State Student Government.
