Zack Taylor is an attorney in Manning Fulton’s Real Estate practice group. Zack’s practice focuses on Commercial Real Estate matters, including without limitation, Acquisition and Development, Dispositions, Title Examination, Commercial Leasing, and Financing Transactions.
Zack practices as a commercial real estate attorney in Raleigh and New Bern advising clients in all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions. His diverse group of clients include commercial developers, investors, buyers, sellers and lenders on a variety of projects.
Zack has successfully represented his clients on multi-family, mixed-use, industrial, retail and office projects.
Prior to joining Manning Fulton, Zack served as a law clerk to the Honorable Phil Berger Jr. on the Supreme Court of North Carolina. During law school he interned with Judge John M. Tyson of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
In his spare time, Zack enjoys spending time with his wife, Christin, and their son, Brian, as well as playing golf and spending time on North Carolina’s coast with family and friends.
