Manning Fulton welcomes attorney Holly Birnbaum Martin to its Corporate practice.
With a deep-rooted commitment to serving families during challenging times, Holly brings a wealth of experience in guardianship proceedings, special needs planning, estate and trust litigation, and estate planning and administration. Holly is particularly adept at handling complex family matters, including those involving mental illness, age-related decline, and intellectual disability. Holly’s compassionate approach and in-depth understanding of the legal system enables her to provide invaluable guidance and support to clients navigating difficult life transitions.
Prior to joining Manning Fulton, Holly held positions as an Assistant Public Defender in Orange County and as a Staff Attorney for the Gaston County Department of Social Services, where she gained extensive knowledge and experience working with vulnerable populations. In 2014, Holly moved to Colorado and was admitted to the Colorado State Bar. While in Colorado, Holly concentrated her practice on divorce and child custody actions, further honing her ability to address complex family dynamics. In 2018, Holly returned to North Carolina to be near family and joined McPherson, Rocamora, Nicholson, Wilson and Hinkle, PLLC in Durham. Her focus has since been on guardianship matters, special needs planning, and estate litigation.
