Dear valued clients and friends of Manning Fulton,
As North Carolina continues its phased approach to lifting restrictions and reopening physical spaces, we would like to share an update on the work Manning Fulton is doing at this time to best serve you.
Over the last twelve months, as a result of strategic planning and the strength of our virtual platforms, members of the Manning Fulton team successfully worked from their homes to ensure your legal needs were met with the same exceptional client service you have come to expect.
Now, as offices reopen and we move forward together, we remain confident in our ability to safely support both our people and our clients. Therefore, please continue to communicate with us, make your needs known, and our team will be there with dedicated, timely and results-focused support.
We, along with you, look forward to resuming “normal” day-to-day operations at the appropriate time, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to carefully balance service with safety. During this liminal period, here is what you can expect from us, and what we respectfully ask of you:
- We deliver the best possible results for our clients when we are able to work in a safe environment. Therefore, while our physical office locations have reopened to a limited degree, some staff whose presence onsite is not essential for efficient and effective client service will continue following our remote work policy at this time.
- We will continue to operate with a preference for providing our services remotely, understanding that this may not be possible for some matters. In the interest of client relationships and service, when we need to adjust how an engagement is approached due to your changing requirements or ours, know we are committed to creative collaboration.
- We will honor and adhere to CDC and OSHA guidelines, and respectfully ask clients with onsite meetings to follow Manning Fulton’s guidelines as well. We will discuss Manning Fulton guidelines with each client in advance of any work requiring in-person engagement and are happy to make those guidelines available upon request.
Despite the disruptions to daily life caused by COVID-19, our passion for helping clients achieve their goals has not diminished and, regardless of what lies ahead, one thing we can count on is each other. We care about our families, colleagues, clients, your families and our community – and we are committed to supporting one another until this unprecedented time has passed.
We are grateful for the trust you have placed in us. We hope you stay safe and healthy, and invite you to contact your principal attorney with any questions or needs.
Respectfully,
/s/ Barry D. Mann (mann@manningfulton.com) and Judson A. Welborn (welborn@manningfulton.com), Co-Managing Partners
