Angela is a corporate attorney in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, where she advises both individual entrepreneurs and established businesses on a wide range of corporate legal matters.
Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, contract drafting and negotiation, and trademark protection.
About
Angela holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. Her combined legal and business education, along with her entrepreneurial background, enables her to deliver strategic, business-minded counsel to her corporate clients.
Before joining Manning, Fulton & Skinner, P.A., Angela practiced independently, focusing on trademark and corporate law. Today, she serves as intellectual property counsel to clients nationwide and provides mergers and acquisitions and general business counsel to companies across North Carolina.
Angela earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Clemson University, graduating in just two and a half years before relocating to North Carolina for law school.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys exploring new restaurants and traveling with her family.
