Angela is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Estate Planning practice groups. She assists individuals and corporate clients in a variety of corporate and estate planning matters, including Contract Drafting and Review, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Succession Planning, and Trademark Law.
Angela received her Juris Doctorate from the Duke School of Law. She also received her Master of Business Administration from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. Before joining Manning, Fulton & Skinner, P.A., Angela went into private practice as a trademark and corporate attorney. Angela’s dual education and entrepreneurial experience allow her to advise corporate clients with legal strategy informed by an experienced business perspective. Angela serves clients nationally as their intellectual property counsel, and locally in North Carolina she serves clients as their intellectual property and business counsel.
Prior to law school, Angela attended Clemson University where she majored in Political Science. She graduated within two-and-a-half years before moving to North Carolina for law school.
Outside of the office, Angela spends her time discovering new restaurants and traveling for ministry with her husband.
