His work focuses on improving communication, aligning service delivery with client expectations, and translating firm capabilities into meaningful client outcomes.
David previously worked with RR Donnelley Financial, a national SEC compliance, shareholder communication, and deal data room provider and most recently served as chief client officer at a leading North Carolina law firm, where he was responsible for client satisfaction and market visibility.
He is the co-founder and curator of Pivot Brief NC, a content platform celebrating career pivots, local small business transitions, and the human stories of business owners shaping North Carolina’s economy.
