A significant portion of Randy’s practice involves mergers and acquisitions, including negotiating, structure, tax aspects and documenting such transactions. He assists entities in their formation and in raising capital through debt or private placements. Randy is also involved in general corporation representation and has experience in negotiating and documenting aircraft sales and acquisitions.
