He also advises physician groups and other professional service organizations—including architects, engineers, psychologists and clinical research organizations—on acquisitions, mergers, recruitment, management and employment contracts, and operational legal matters.
A recognized leader in complex business transactions, Reich represents both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions and works closely with family-owned and closely held businesses on succession planning, business protection, and transition strategies. In his healthcare practice, he serves physician groups and provider organizations on growth initiatives, employment negotiations, and strategic restructuring. Reich also brings extensive experience in real estate and finance, representing lenders, developers, and tenants in a wide range of transactions. He advises corporate clients on major relocations, including site selection, land acquisition and assembly, contract negotiation, construction matters, and financing.
