On September 29, 2022, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) announced its final guidelines for the reporting requirements related to the Corporate Transparency Act.
FinCEN has a helpful fact sheet on the new reporting requirements and the final rules are posted at federalregister.gov.
