The Internal Revenue Service has issued tax relief and postponed many individual and business tax returns and tax payments until February 3, 2025 due to Hurricane Debby for all victims in South Carolina, most of Florida and North Carolina and part of Georgia.
The North Carolina area where relief is designated includes 66 counties including Wake County and the adjoining counties. See the link to the IRS notice:
