Manning Fulton is pleased to announce that Corinne O’Reilly has joined the firm’s franchise practice. Corinne will work with the firm’s franchise clients on franchise transactional matters. She works with franchisors and franchisees to grow their brands and businesses by helping them to comply with state and federal franchise regulations, protect their intellectual property, prepare and negotiate commercial contracts, and navigate corporate transactions.

In addition to her work in franchising, Corinne will work with firm clients on the formation of various business entities as well as other business transaction matters. Additionally, Corinne’s has significant experience in commercial real estate leasing matters. She can assist franchisors and their franchisees with lease review and negotiation.
Prior to joining Manning Fulton, Corinne worked at Kennon Craver, PLLC in Durham. She earned her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, magna cum laude, from Northeastern University.
