Sandra Clark and Cecilia Barreca Take on Statewide Leadership Roles Following the NCBA Annual Meeting
Manning Fulton is pleased to announce that attorneys Sandra Clark and Cecilia Barreca have accepted leadership positions with the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) following the association’s Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors.
Clark was elected Vice President of the NCBA Board of Governors and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Bar Foundation. In these roles, she will also serve on the Executive Committees of both the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Foundation, helping guide the strategic direction and governance of both organizations.
Barreca was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the North Carolina Bar Association Health Benefit Trust, a self-funded health insurance plan established exclusively to serve law firms that are members of the NCBA.
These appointments reflect Sandy’s and Cecilia’s dedication to advancing the legal profession and serving the North Carolina legal community. We are proud of their continued leadership and the meaningful contributions they make both to our firm and to the organizations that support lawyers across our state.
The appointments continue Manning Fulton’s longstanding tradition of leadership within the NCBA and reinforce the firm’s commitment to serving both clients and the broader legal profession through active involvement in organizations that strengthen the practice of law in North Carolina.
