Veteran attorney brings wealth of experience to the corporate law practice
Manning, Fulton & Skinner, P.A. announced today the addition of Chuck Munn as an attorney in the corporate law practice. The former General Counsel at PRA Health Sciences, Inc. and Divi Hotels and Resorts, and former Assistant General Counsel at Pharmaceutical Product Development, LLC, Munn comes to Manning Fulton with more than three decades of experience in corporate, life sciences, mergers and acquisitions, securities and financial disclosures, and data privacy and protection law.
Munn has spent his career helping companies manage, strategically leverage and grow their businesses, and he looks forward to bringing that expertise to Manning Fulton and its clients as he grows his practice in Raleigh, Durham, Wilmington and across the state.

Chuck started his international experience early in his career, spending nearly two years in Heidelberg Germany with SAS Institute Inc. before expanding his global experience and understanding of foreign cultural business differences into many types of international corporate transactions and operations across Europe, Asia and the Caribbean throughout his career.
Munn started his career at Ernst & Young where he obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant. Munn is an active member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors and several board and operational committees for The Country Club of Landfall in Wilmington, NC.
