As a CPA and former General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for publicly-traded and private international companies, Chuck Munn’s expertise spans the full spectrum of corporate and financial matters with extensive experience with mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; data privacy and protection; legal complexities in biotechnologies and pharmaceuticals including clinical research organizations; securities regulations; complex contract negotiation; corporate finance; developing complex legal structures, policies and programs, including corporate governance and regulatory compliance programs, business continuity plans, cash/equity compensation plans and employee stock purchase plans; financial review and disclosure obligations; labor and employment issues; and overall company risk management.
With over 20 years’ experience, including prior service as in-house counsel for a large commercial developer and landlord, Jessica Elliott’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate. In addition to Jessica’s vast knowledge of commercial leasing, Jessica represents both sellers and buyers on the purchase and sale of raw land and commercial buildings, as well as non-profit and for-profit clients on both traditional and non-traditional real estate financing.
