About Our New Partners
Andrew Blair is a member of the Corporate Law and Tax and Wealth Preservation groups in the firm’s Raleigh office. He focuses his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration and probate, and business tax issues. Also a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Blair advises individuals and closely held business owners on a variety of legal matters with a particular focus on contract negotiation and drafting, business and employment counseling, and helping business owners prepare for long-term succession. He earned his J.D. from Campbell University School of Law, as well as a M.B.A. and B.S. in Business Finance from North Carolina State University.
Eugene Dauchert is a member of the firm’s Corporate Law and Healthcare groups, and is based in the firm’s Durham office. His healthcare practice is focused primarily on transactional and regulatory matters, with a special emphasis on legal and business issues affecting physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Specifically, Mr. Dauchert routinely provides advice to physicians and practice groups on the structuring of practice entities and corporate practice of medicine issues, the admission of shareholders, employment matters, and non-competition and other restrictive covenants. In addition, he advises healthcare practitioners on a wide array of compliance and regulatory issues, including Stark, Anti-Kickback Statutes, False Claims Act, and HIPAA privacy and security matters; on joint venture and other health system affiliation matters; and
represents physicians, dentists, and other professionals in licensing board matters. He earned his B.A. and J.D. with honors from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Randy Fletcher is a member of the firm’s Corporate Law, Business Tax and Commercial Real Estate groups, and is based in the firm’s Durham office. A significant portion of Mr. Fletcher’s practice involves mergers and acquisitions, including negotiating, structure, tax aspects and documenting such transactions. He also assists entities in their formation and in raising capital through debt or private placements, and offers general corporate representation. Randy’s commercial real estate expertise spans property acquisitions, financing, and leasing. He earned his B.A. and J.D. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
