During the interactive seminar presented by Manning Fulton’s Complex Litigation and Corporate Practices and featuring employment law experts William S. Cherry III and Jennifer L. Weaver, business executives examined the legal definitions of harassment and hostile work environment, and stepped through several real-world scenarios designed to test and refine their understanding of the laws’ breadth and impact.
In addition, Cherry and Weaver equipped attendees with proactive tools to help protect their respective organizations from liability should allegations of misconduct arise.
