Elliot Boerman is an Attorney in Manning Fulton’s Corporate practice group. He practices Franchise and General Corporate law. Elliot has experience with franchising in a range of industries, including retail, Hospitality, serviced based industries, home services, business services and other regulated professional services.
Elliot’s practice is focused primarily on franchise and general corporate law, working with franchisors and franchisees to grow their brands and businesses and helping them to navigate state and federal franchise regulations.
Originally an Atlanta native, Elliot attended the University of North Georgia and graduated Cum Laude in 2017 with a B.S. in Biology. Elliot received his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law in 2021.
After law school, Elliot went on to practice at a boutique franchise law firm in the Charlotte area. During that time, Elliot assisted franchisors and franchisees in a variety of matters, from drafting franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements to representing franchisees through the successful exit of a franchise system.
When he is not in the office, Elliot enjoys running, discovering new coffee shops in the Raleigh area, and spending time with his wife, Reaghan.
