Rick brings extensive litigation experience to his clients. His practice is focused primarily on civil litigation with an emphasis on surety and Construction related issues. He also has extensive experience in Commercial Litigation and medical malpractice defense.

Rick is a lifelong resident of Durham, North Carolina. His practice is focused on complex business disputes, as well as surety-related litigation throughout the state, including construction, estate and motor vehicle dealer bond claims. In addition, Rick has represented healthcare providers in defending medical negligence claims in both state and federal courts.
