Manning, Fulton & Skinner, P.A. is pleased to announce Dieter Mauch, a Durham-based litigator with more than 30 years of experience, has joined the Firm’s Complex Litigation practice. Mr. Mauch brings a proven track record of success and a deep commitment to client service to the Firm.

Prior to joining Manning Fulton, Mr. Mauch practiced law with some of the most respected and established law firms in the Durham legal community: Newsom Graham Hedrick & Kennon P.A., Pulley Watson King & Lischer P.A., and Hedrick Murray Bryson Kennett & Mauch, PLLC. He is a member of the Sixteenth Judicial District Bar, the Durham County Bar Association (he is a Past President), and the North Carolina Bar Association, and is also actively involved in several civic organizations, including the Durham Sports Club and Rotary Club of Durham, where he has served as Chair of the Community Service Award Committee. His commitment to the community in which he works and lives is emblematic of Manning Fulton’s long-standing reputation in those areas.

About Dieter Mauch
Mauch was born in Germany in 1959. He grew up in Hickory, North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA degree in Political Science and Economics before earning his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Mr. Mauch currently serves as an arbitrator for the Durham County District Court and has an abiding interest in assisting the legal community to maintain the highest standards of professionalism within its ranks.
